At Sprout, we are fortunate to work with an all-star cast of agency partners who continue to impress us with their dedication to their clients and communities. To recognize this hard work, we award five deserving agencies each year with the Sprout Partner Value Awards, which are based on our own internal programs for recognizing excellence.

Being customer obsessed is a trait Sprout shares with our agency partners. In the course of 2020, the agencies grappled with an upside-down industry and had to re-prioritize how they can best serve their customers. As a result, agencies changed their longstanding policies to offer more flexible contracts, created new service offerings to meet changing customer needs, and thought carefully about how each customer should handle sensitive issues.
The Cultivate Award is given to the agency that exemplifies a client-first approach and always offers its customers great value. They develop strategies with a deep understanding of their customers’ business goals, building in the flexibility and agility required to quickly change tactics to ensure they add value and forge deep partnerships with customers. In 2020, that dedication to increasing business impact and relentless focus on customer satisfaction made the difference between companies going under or adapting to the digital-first age.
Our very deserved winner of the 2020 Cultivate Award is Communicator group. Communicators Group was not only able to keep its customer book but also expand it by using social media to share important information with their customers’ audience in a timely manner during the pandemic.
